What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses higher pressure for hard surfaces like concrete.
Soft washing uses lower pressure and cleaning solutions for delicate surfaces like siding or painted areas to prevent damage.
We use the correct method for each surface to protect your property.
What surfaces do you pressure wash?
We clean:
Driveways
Sidewalks
Patios
Pool decks
Vinyl siding
Brick
Concrete
Fences
If you’re unsure, just ask — we’re happy to look at it.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or siding?
When done properly, no. We use professional equipment and adjust pressure based on the surface type to avoid damage.
How often should I have my driveway cleaned?
Most homeowners in The Villages clean their driveways every 1–2 years, depending on:
Mold & mildew buildup
Sprinkler staining
HOA expectations
Personal preference
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to the area and a water source, you do not need to be home.
